Tax Calculator

This proposal was developed after many discussions with the community and an in-depth study of district-wide facility needs. To meet those needs in a financially responsible way, the Board of Education has proposed a 1.95 mill increase that, if approved, would generate $23 million for the school district.

Pursuant to State law, expenditure of bond proceeds must be audited, and the proceeds cannot be used for operating expenses, which include: repair or maintenance costs, teacher, administrator or employee salaries.

Estimated increase outlined below based on approximately half (taxable value) of current home values.

Utilize the tax calculator below to see your potential tax rate increase.

The calculations for your estimated net property tax bill, after homestead property tax credit, in this tax model are estimates only and should not be relied upon as tax advice. To determine the actual impact on your taxes you will have to complete your state tax return. Please consult your accountant/tax advisor or preparer to determine the actual impact on your taxes.
